Ipsy Review |Prep School | Starlooks Luxe Longwear Eyeliner

There is nothing I love more than getting an item in an Ipsy bag that is a huge smash. I would never have tried this product had it not been for the Ipsy program and I have to say I am loving it.

Starlooks Luxe Longwear Eyeliner

The tip: It seems like it would be difficult to work with but that is absolutely not the case at all! It is pliable enough to move with the contours of the eye, however it is stiff enough that it is easy to work with.  It is larger than a normal liner tip, a bit wider and longer but it makes for a solid one shot line. starlooks pen

The packaging: The pen is a standard length which leaves room to grip it properly and firmly to create a straight and steady line and wing. It is made of a glossy black plastic with silver metallic writing. Makes for a pretty fancy liner!

The wear: I have worn this a few linertimes and each time when I was running around in the heat or going to the gym. (have to make sure you really put it to the test right?) There was no smearing from sweat, creasing or colour wear. I can really appreciate a liner that is still black as night by the end of the day, An issue I have with many black liners is by the end of the day the tip of my wing has worn away or has worn down to grey.

Overall: If you are looking for a good starter eyeliner to be able to learn how to do a solid wing, this is a great option. It gives a good flow when creating the line, and is simple to work with. It is also easy to take off with makeup remover and doesn’t pull when applying.
